For practitioners

Help women turn what they notice into better care.

Kaya is building a small founding cohort of credentials-checked practitioners to offer orientation: helping women organise what they have tracked, prepare for an appointment and understand which kind of professional can help next. Not diagnosis. Not treatment. Preparation.

What Kaya is

A women’s health tracking and organising companion.

Women use Kaya to capture symptoms, photos and notes over time and to notice the patterns that connect them. Kaya helps people track, organise and prepare. It does not diagnose or give personalised treatment advice. When someone wants human help, a practitioner is the hand-off that keeps that boundary clear.

Why now

We are forming the founding practitioner cohort.

More women are using Kaya to make sense of complex, personal experiences, and some are ready for a human to help them take the next step. We are recruiting a small, qualified founding cohort first, so we can build the secure portal and care experience around real practitioners rather than assumptions. You would be among the first to shape how orientation works.

What practitioner orientation means

Care navigation, not clinical consultation.

Orientation includes

  • Reflect back and organise what a person has shared.
  • Help them formulate questions for an appointment.
  • Explain which category of practitioner may be relevant.
  • Suggest which records or observations may be useful to bring to care.
  • Provide general, non-personalised care-navigation information.
  • Recommend that they arrange an appropriate in-person or regulated consultation.

Orientation does not include

  • Diagnose or rule out a condition.
  • Prescribe or recommend medication, supplements or treatment.
  • Tell someone to start, stop or change an existing treatment.
  • Provide personalised clinical triage or emergency monitoring.
  • Act as the person’s treating clinician through Kaya.
  • Request payment or continued contact outside Kaya.

This is an operational boundary, not just wording. If a request needs diagnosis or treatment, the right answer is to recommend an appropriate in-person or regulated consultation.

What to expect

Founding-cohort expectations.

A small founding group

We are starting with a handful of practitioners so we can support you closely and learn together.

Remote orientation

All orientation happens remotely through a secure Kaya portal. No in-person clinics and no calls in the pilot.

Defined response windows

You agree a response window (for example 24 to 48 hours). Kaya is not an emergency or monitoring service.

Early feedback

You help shape the product. We will ask for your honest input as we build the portal and care threads.

Manual credential review

A named Kaya reviewer checks your identity and submitted credentials before you are activated.

Initial markets

Starting in four countries.

The founding cohort covers the United Kingdom, Ireland, India and Romania. You tell us the countries and jurisdictions where you are authorised or competent to offer orientation, using clear jurisdiction fields rather than any single-country assumption.

Trust and privacy

People stay in control of what they share.

Once the care product exists, practitioners see only the context a person has explicitly approved for a specific question, never their full history. Neither side receives the other’s phone number or email address. Applying does not expose your application or documents publicly, and your evidence is stored privately for manual review only.

Questions

Founding-cohort FAQ.

Is this paid?

The pilot begins with a small unpaid founding phase focused on learning together. If we introduce compensation, we will agree it with you in advance and set out response windows and payment timing clearly. Applying does not create any obligation.

Who is eligible?

Qualified practitioners who can support women in skin, hair, hormonal and perimenopause, nutrition or mental wellbeing, and who are authorised or competent to offer remote orientation in the UK, Ireland, India or Romania. You confirm your own registration and provide evidence for review.

How are credentials checked?

A named Kaya reviewer manually checks your identity and the credentials you submit, and looks at public registers where available. Approved practitioners are described as "Credentials checked by Kaya", showing the exact profession, credential, issuing body, country and last review date. Kaya does not guarantee competence, outcomes or fitness to practise.

What volume should I expect?

This is an early pilot with a small number of users, so volume is intentionally low. We would rather start small and reliable than overwhelm the founding cohort.

What information will I see about a person?

Only what the person explicitly chooses to share for a specific question, and only once the care product exists. You will not see their phone number, email address or full history. You will never receive a person’s contact details, and they will never receive yours.

What happens after I apply?

We review each complete application manually. If you are approved, we expect to send your practitioner-portal invitation within approximately two weeks. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and your application and documents are never made public.

Ready to help women prepare for better care?

Complete one application, including the documents we need for review. It takes one sitting, and you can prepare everything in advance.
