This is a single complete application, not a waitlist. You do not need to create an account. It works best if you gather your documents first, then complete the sections and submit once. If you are approved, we expect to send your practitioner-portal invitation within approximately two weeks.

Before you start, have these ready

Your professional registration or membership body and number.
Identity evidence (a government-issued ID).
Registration, certification or membership evidence.
Qualification evidence where a public register does not fully establish it.
Professional indemnity or insurance evidence, if you hold cover.
